FARA Enterprises Ltd. is a wholly-owned by the FARA Foundation Registered Charity No. 1139349
In 2012 FARA celebrated the 20th Anniversary of the opening of the first shop on Fulham Road, London. FARA has many charity shops in Central and S.W. London selling goods generously donated by the public. As well as our general stores, FARA is leading the market with its approach to specialist charity retailing including Retromania vintage, 15 FARA Kids, and shops dedicated to selling books and homeware.
Every item donated to one of FARA’s charity shops contributes to raising over 75% of the funds needed to support the running of the charity’s programmes in Romania. FARA is a registered charity in both the UK and in Romania and has been working with abandoned children and young people since 1991. FARA aim is transforming the lives of some of the most vulnerable children and young people, some with a disability.
