About This Shop
Nottinghamshire Hospice is committed to ensuring the best possible palliative care for adults with a life-limiting illness, and to giving respite and support to their carers. Our dedicated daycare team of experienced registered nurses and palliative nursing assistants provide individual holistic care encompassing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of people attending, whilst ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and respect. We also provide Physiotherapy, Complementary therapies, and Counselling Services. All transport, catering, and activities are provided free of charge.
Hospice at Home is a service for people in the latter stages of their illness who need nursing care and support in the home environment. A Team of registered and very experienced auxiliary nurses offers practical care and emotional support, working closely with District Nurses and GPs to ensure high-quality professional care is delivered to meet individual needs.
Volunteers are an essential part of the Hospice team, working alongside patients and staff in daycare and providing valuable help, support, and assistance in our shops and throughout the many different areas of our organization. They freely give their precious time for the good and benefit of others
Our network of shops sells a wide variety of quality donated goods together with a range of new goods.
