About This Shop
Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is the only charity in the UK wholly dedicated to defeating lung cancer. Our four strategic aims are:
Research
Prevention (through Tobacco Control)
Patient Support and Influencing
Campaigning and Public Affairs Activities.
We currently have 15 shops in the North West, including 7 specialist donation stations. These stations, our larger furniture stores, have a customer car park to the rear allowing items to be dropped off with ease. For those customers wanting to donate larger furniture items, we have our Roy’s Removals service (more information can be found on our website).
The shops offer a wide range of quality donated clothing to suit men, women and children of all ages. An eclectic range of new goods such as candles, jewellery, scarves and handbags are also available. We have formed excellent links with corporate supporters who donate new sample clothing, shoes and household goods on a regular basis.
The shops are managed by one full time and one part time member of staff alongside a fantastic team of hardworking volunteers. Our volunteers are invaluable to us – we are extremely grateful for their continued efforts in supporting the Foundation. With a dedicated staff team, we are able to ensure that excellent customer service is provided to all of our supporters.
