Sue Ryder – Wharfedale Pub Walk 2024
A walk through beautiful Wharfedale
A 10-mile charity walk in beautiful Wharfedale to raise vital funds for Sue Ryder’s care, using some of its finest country inns as waymarks.
Starting in Threshfield, there are six refreshment points (five of these are pubs) and four more in the village of Grassington at the end of the walk.
The pubs are The Gamekeepers, The Old Hall, The Fountaine Inn, The Red Lion, The Clarendon, The Black Horse, The Foresters, The Devonshire Inn and Grassington House.
The route is mainly on public footpaths through fields and on the bank of the River Wharfe. They will be well-marked but the route is self-guided and walkers are responsible for themselves at all times.
Take a look at the walk route to see where you’ll be going on the day.
All participants will receive a Pub Walk T-shirt.
This is a great day for everyone, whether you’re a group of friends, colleagues, or a family!
Places are limited so book your place on the pub walk now to avoid disappointment.
