About This Shop
MOXHDRE Reuse & Donation Centre
The St David’s Hospice Reuse Shop, based at Conwy County Borough Council’s Household Recycling Centre in Mochdre, North Wales has raised over £69,000 (profit) for the hospice charity since opening in February 2018.
Many people bring items to the Reuse shop which they no longer need or want, furniture, toys, garden ornaments, bicycles, and prams have all been brought to the centre to be disposed of. Many can be sold to new owners who can find a use for them – reducing the amount going to landfill and raising funds for St David’s Hospice. This is a very busy shop with a constant stream of interesting and practical items for sale, so always worth having a look at.
Located within a former industrial building, which has been converted into a modern retail facility, following support from the Welsh Government’s Collaborative Change Programme to improve recycling and reuse opportunities.
Opening times, every day from 9 am to pm during the summer, (9 am – 3.30 pm winter times) at Mochdre Household Recycling Centre, Bron-y-Nant Road, Mochdre, LL28 4YL.
